Dr. Tonya S. Hall is a globally recognized prophetic voice, transformational speaker, pastor, and kingdom life strategist with a mission to help believers heal, grow, and step into the fullness of their God-ordained destiny. With a powerful ministry spanning decades, she has trained and mentored thousands—equipping them with the biblical wisdom, spiritual authority, and practical strategies necessary to break cycles of brokenness and walk in divine purpose.
At the age of fourteen, Dr. Hall surrendered her life to the Lord, a decision that would set the course for a lifelong pursuit of His presence, power, and purpose.
From serving as Director of Children & Youth Ministries to becoming the Executive Director of Juanita Bynum Ministries International, she has remained committed to the call of advancing the Kingdom of God.
As Chancellor of Life Empowerment Institute and Lead Pastor of Victory Way Christian Center, she continues to pour into leaders, visionaries, and believers, helping them experience personal wholeness, emotional healing, financial breakthrough, and spiritual authority. Through her books, mentorship programs, and international speaking engagements, Dr. Hall teaches people how to unlock their potential, build unshakable faith, and live with divine confidence.
Her journey is one of resilience, faith, and unwavering obedience. She has overcome trials, setbacks, and seasons of uncertainty, and through it all, she has emerged as a powerful voice for transformation. Her message is clear—God desires for His people to be whole, empowered, and walking in divine authority.
Dr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Georgia Southern University and a Doctorate Degree of Prophetic Studies from Kingdom Truth University. She serves under the covering of her parents, Bishop James and Dr. Johnnie M. Swinson, and considers her greatest accomplishments to be a loving mother, mentor, and servant of God.
